Why not create a Pick3 or Pick2 in every state of the, USA and use the revenue to help fight Poverty in the, USA...

France you can do this, Italy and England you can do this...Russia you can do it also...Infact any country can do it...

[this is more for a global population of low income fat people as you know they do exist]...Why not create a Global PICK4 how much Pick4 pays??? $5,000 well a global one could/would pay $6,000 per jackpot, at, $1 the tickekt...

$6,000 divided by, $300 a month = 1 year and 7 months that a person will get paid to go and work out everyday and lose weight....but again is only for low income fat people...Instead of the jackpot you win, $300 a month to work out every day at a gym for 1 year and 7 months...so you got 1 year and 7 months to lose the weight....
