Still, he knew something wasn't quite sterling about this silver.

Yancey, a chef at the governor's residence in Harrisburg, was arrested by state police this week after Terry Breidenstine, owner of All County Jewelry, Coins and Antiques became suspicious of the items the 28-year-old was selling and notified police.
