If that right wing nut of a gov didn't come right in and give the big business 1000 of dollar , which he was paying back for their support in his election, there wouldn't be a so call budget problem, there no budget problem in Wisconsin, a scheme for the republicans to broke the Union.The republicans are notorious for trying to cut off the knees of groups of people who don't usually vote for them.That 's a fact. I do not know about Wisc teachers but teachers in a state can opt out of not paying into social security which many do. If a retirement plan is fully funded by an employer would be quite a deal would it not.

When it comes time to do tough legislation this is what they pull. The state is in a financial crisis and they are needed to deal with it.

They have run out of the peoples money and the Governor is working on remedies.

Legislators are absent to perform their duties.
