I agree with you all. I was hoping to get a dept by dept reakdown and a piece of the pie to cut who, what i wanted to cut.

To balance a budget I would need a dept by dept, line by line analysis to make cuts. Pretty generic questions which really do not get down to the facts.

That isn't worth much. It won't let me cut what I want to cut. They force you to choose how to handle predetermined decisions.
