			<description><![CDATA[<p>Page 34 talks about consolidating municipal gov&#x27;ts into one. They will obviously loose elected officals in one of the two being consolidated.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;Talks about school districts in there also and I did not see where an elected school offical can be fired by the emergency financial officer.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;Correct me if I am wrong about any of the above.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Want to find out if an elected offical can be fired or not?<br /><br />Looks to me like the governor wants fiscal responsibility all the way down the line. Gives local gov&#x27;ts and school districts time to get their budgets in line.
