Hey, all nuke reactors are a "controlled reaction" a "chain reaction" refers to an invoked nuke bomb. That is not going to happen! The circumstances necessary to cause a nuclear explosion like the 10 megaton I would drop on Hugo Chavez's head ain't going to happen.............,,, if it was that easy, the Amahdinejadhi's would have sparked one off already.
