			<description><![CDATA[<p>Why not create a Continental MegaMillions/Euromillions whose revenue is used for important things that continent needs...50% out of every dollar is used by the continent.....15% tax from the money the winner gets and is use for important things the continent needs...Let it cost: 1 dollar the ticket but pay the payout of: 50 cents...And the revenue is use for important things that continent needs...So instead of paying: the maximum of $300 Million like Powerball/MegaMillions it will pay half of that but you put a clause, the jackpot will not exceed: $100 Million dollars...If it exceed the money is for important things that continent might need...Let it have 2 bonus balls so this way there is more lower prizes...<br /><br />South America you can do this...Asia with the exception of India and China: You can do this...Middle East you can do this....You can use math if you like, make it a math lotto, i think you should use math...<br /><br />... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="/blogentry/52471">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
