Most major govt agencies are participating. Massive amounts of emergency food rations and blankets have been ordered by FEMA in the last couple of months.

The drill was scheduled for May 26th. It has been moved forward by a whole month to April 28th.

Considering the logistics of planning such a large drill, it is highly unusual that they are rescheduling it.
