There needs to be a Global Brain Scan Pick4....Brain scans are: VERY EXPENSIVE...They cost: $10,000 or more: THE PRICE OF A CAR....

There needs to be a Global Roads Construction Powerball/MegaMillions...Is a big problem globally...

Well there is a Cancer pill that costs: $93,000...I hope is: $93,000 for the package or a whole year supply...I dont think insurance can cover it...

Anyways how about a Global/Continental Decades of Dollars where the: $100,000 a year that you win goes to pay the: $93,000 Cancer pill...Is only for medicine stuff that are super expensive that insurance will not cover it...If AIDS medicine is that expensive you can use it for that too...

This made me think something, what if you create a: Regional/Continental/Global Medical Insurance Pick4 ONLY for people who can not afford it...There are probably dozens of millions of people world wide that do not have insurance BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT AFFORD IT [probably like: 50 Million people AT LEAST]...Is only for people who, CANT NOT AFFORD IT...Winning: $5,000 on pick4 will cover you for: 10 years...
