Dude we owe this to dogs, if it wasnt for dogs we will not be HERE on this PLANET...

There needs to be a Regional Va Cash5 whose revenue is going to help feed all the dogs in the world...I think a regional will take care of all the dogs in the world...But the difference of this Va Cash5 is that you only win: $15,000 dollars and not: $25,000....In Russia, India, China, the USA this will raise: $3.4 Billion dollars EACH YEAR besides the revenue the lottery makes by obtaining the: $10,000 difference...
