I am not telling you where to spend your money but something you could do is: You see: CHINA INDIA AND THE USA...CAN NOT HAVE NUCLEAR PLANTS....They are the 3 most populated Countries in the world, they are highly populated...Specially China India...A Nuclear Disaster in those 2 countries, it will be, VERY TRAGIC...Nuclear Plants is something should be kept in the MOUNTAINS AWAY FROM EVERYONE...So something you could do is take the: $12 Billion dollars and build WIND PLANTS AND SEA WIND PLANTS to replace the Nuclear Plants in THOSE 2 or 3 COUNTRIES...
