So they are turning their attention to the mundane and stupid.  They actually want to regulate how much dust the atmosphere can contain, how much flatulence cows may emit and how much carbon dioxide a human may exhale.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;&#x3c;br /&#x3e;They reached the end of their usefulness years ago and need to be defunded.
