I agree gasmeterguy. They done a great job of cleaning up the enviroment as I remember it when I was younger. Like raw sewage being dumped in rivers. Among other things that went on.

They sure are a busy branch of government. You can find more articles when you connect to a link as it is the epa page. Could be possible pvc plants may decide to pack up and head to another country if new regulations are too costly.
