			<description><![CDATA[<p>To better analyze the Global Weather, take: 200 countries and check each province that each country will have and whether is raining in that province or not...and if is raining is 1 if is not is 0....<br /><br />So is: 200 countries x 15 provinces = 3000 so it will be a Pick X[Yes]/3000 * MB 24....The MB is the Mega Ball...And the Mega ball is the per hour whether is raining in that particular hour....There is 24 hours in 1 day....<br /><br />So it will be a long anaconda of yes or no....1 for yes and 0 for no....<br /><br />You can do the same with the Stock Markets of the world, whether they are up or down meaning yes or no....<br /><br />where X is the number of provinces where is raining...<br /><br />... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="/blogentry/53768">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
