4 days ago i was copying fantasy worlds wallpapers [MY GOD TRULLY LOVVVVE THEM, THEY SHOULD FETCH FOR MILLIONS OF DOLLARS] and i was copying to my computer the more beautiful ones about 10 with some fractals...This happened at night...The following morning it rain....Pllease believe me...It rain but it wasnt no ORDINARY RAIN...This is the first time ive witness this type of rain in MY ENTIRE LIFE...i felt like i went through the bermuda triangle....Nobody noticed it i dont think so....Guys there... Well lets say there is: 5 Million shoe repairmen in 1 country if all of them were to donate: $1 and 60 cents a month [or $19 a year] it will be: $96 Million dollars every year....Remember the SETI Institute Array and all the countries i mentioned...Well not all those countries are going to set SETI Arrays in their country [Remember is: $96 Million dollars PER year PER country]...Well something 1 or 2 or a couple or several of those countries can do is INMATES RACE-TRACKS/COMPETITIONS...AND PEOPLE IN ELDERLY RACE-TRACKS/COMPETITIONS....They can also use it for their OWN COUNTRIES ALSO....And you can bet on them...

Also i made a mistake, all those $96 Million dollars that i mentioned, you could use them 1 year later, postpone them 1 year later and place the money in the bank and get: $5 Million dollars and donate to charity, like the, Midgets foundations or native indians or whatever is it that they like....They will get, $5 Million dollars every year...

They could take $5 Million dollars out of it and donate it to the Japan Disaster or Haiti Disaster or Chile Disaster or Tennesse/Mississippi Disaster or to a cause in the country side of any country or to malaria-mosquitoe nets or foster kids or to minorities causes of any country or to infants/Toddlers causes, or to crops disaster, or bugs/viruses/bacterias eating crops/plague causes/researchs, or kidney infection cause/research, or stroke victims cause/research, or for the blind cause, etc, etc, etc....Is up to you...

You can use the racetracks as social gatherings with music, beer selling, ect.....

Anyone who is super rich who has money to dump and wants to contribute is welcome to do so...
