Race-bait and attack the poor to justify cutting taxes for the rich. Push laws that disenfranchise young voters. Crack down on health services for women who can t otherwise afford care. Blame teachers and unions for systemic failures in education. Turn a blind eye to the slow-moving tidal wave sweeping Americans out of their homes and into poverty.<br /><br />In their hearts, most Americans favor compassion over destruction. If we cast light on the real issues at hand - and show how human lives are being harmed by toxic right-wing tactics - real progress can be made.
