i was thinking of this.....It will save the state and country hundreds of millions of dollars...There are High Schools that may cost: $200 Million dollars to build in 1 State and only: $50 Million in neighboring state...I was thinking...The $200 Million you was going to spend in 1 state in building the high school take: $50 Million build it in the neighboring state then create dorms surrounding that highschool and buy buses and transport the teenagers in the buses to the neighboring state make them take classes 5 days a week and on friday night the buses takes them to their parents in the other state...They spend the weekend with their parents and get sent back on Sunday night...And the classes they take are not from the states they are at but from the native state...It will cost the government less money...because construction cost will be cheaper in the neighboring state...But make this a tri-states neighboring states thing........ i was thinking of something...What if by you investing in a place if the global work hours is: 8 hours, then you ask the places where you invest that they work: 8 hours and 10-15 minutes extra...They your workers must volunteer those 10-15 minutes extra every day and you use those 10-15 minutes to do something the planet or that continent or that region or that country/state or that province needs or it could be charitable work that they volunteer...
