Thanks for the comment. You sniffed me out on the history background, though I've never taught it. One of the pieces of paper that tries to pass me off as an educated person has the word 'history' on it. Glad you liked the Kipling poem approach to the reading guide. I was hugging myself with self-satisfaction when I did that one. I've got 40-45 "So you'd like to . . ." guides on Amazon, and a couple of hundred book reviews. Very impressive lists over there Rip. I have some of those titles, read/unread. Were you a history major? Professor? I'm especially intrigued by those titles on the "get your head straight" list, dealing with risk taking. Your recommends at the ends of lines of the IF poem is very cool. TA
