In China, they have 2 Lottery company. I don't know why, but they do. Anyway, they have a pick 3 game called '3D' which is drawn in the evening. The other company also has a 'pick 3' game with the same payouts. There is only one draw. I usually only play the '3D' game. Why? Because it ain't no joke, yes I'm broke! I just don't have the money to play twice unless this 'system' starts giving me hits. Anyway, it costs 2 RMB. The Ren Ming Bi is also called 'Yuan' (it's the same thing). If you play straight for 2 RMB and it hits, you win 1,000 RMB. If you hit it boxed, it's 160 RMB (no-match number) and if you hit it boxed 320(double digit). I usually ONLY play straight. What can I tell you, I'm a risk taker. Before I explain it I would like to give a thanks to the Lotterypost members that have enlighted my knowledge of the game, especially WIN-D and Joker17 who I recently have been checking out their posts. Joker17 had a pair system which is how I got this idea that seems to work for China. I don't know if it will work for you so back test it in your state. Okay, on to the 'pair system':

I recommend using Lotsoft program with this system. It just makes it easier for stats and it's an excellent program.

1st- Highlight all the draws that have a double digit number.

2nd- Look at the previous draw and make pairs out of the previous number. So here's an example. Last night, 262 was drawn. The previous drawn number was 412. So now let's make three pairs first. We have

41-42-12. So your main pairs are these. However, this is not the end. It's only the beginning. You are really gonna have 41x,x41,14x,x14,4x1,1x4. 42x,x42,24x,x24,4x2,2x4. 12x,x12,21x,x21,1x2,2x1. Each pair really has 6 possible outcomes. I know, you're saying WT...!!! So many pairs! That's why you need a program like Lotsoft. Anyway, let me continue. One of these pair will be drawn within 7 days. If it doesn't then wait. You will only play when a double digit number hit. This way you can be on a budget. You can use your hot and cold numbers or other filters to determine which pair you will use. If 2 or more double digit are drawn back-to-back, you will still play the pair before. So in the chart you see there were 3 doubles (500,494,644) back-to-back but I didn't change the pairs. You stick to the pair until a double hits where the previous drawn is a no-match number (123) for example. I thought I share my observation hopefully help some members here. Good Luck!
