Not just the local law folks; also, county and state activities.

You might say it's just Minnesota getting back to business, but even before the Minnesota shutdown, there wasn't this much activity.

Something is going on that they are preparing for.

Look for other things we have mentioned.

There are some suspect Military activities, but we need a few more observations.
