			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;States rights does not mean segregation.  It&#x27;s much more broad than that.  It means anything NOT covered in the constitution, is the States Rights.  There will be left leaning states, right leaning states, and happy mediums if we took the concept of States Rights more seriously - we could see what governmental models work, and which don&#x27;t.</p>]]></description>
