I already told you that each of you can donate: $3 or $4 every month for: 8 months...Each of your respected races should raise for those 8 months: $200 Million dollars or you can donate: $5 for 4 months and with the: 20 Million to $35 Million use it and win Powerball 4 or 6 times [you got years to do it] [only the $240 Million dollars and up] now with the: $200 Million that you accumulated or with the $200 Million from Powerball you place it in the bank to earn interests...
