			<description><![CDATA[<p>Two, the lady at the gas station messed up my ticket. Instead of 618 Str/Box, I got 616 straight, and instead of 356, she gave me a second 355. She charged me $2 for the same number. I tried to go back to bring it up because that&#x27;s not legal, and got interrupted with &#x22;we can&#x27;t refund lottery tickets if you don&#x27;t like your numbers after they weren&#x27;t drawn&#x22;. I don&#x27;t want a refund. I want to bring it up.
