			<description><![CDATA[<p>As in the last part of the numeric positional frequency charts I&#x27;ve found a way to use a spreadsheet for all numbers in the sums frequency chart. Progress will be delayed for about a week and all current data will be checked and replaced with spreadsheet results assuming my theory on the numbers agrees with the programming results. If so, posted data will not rely on hand entry and will be as accurate as I can make it.</p>]]></description>
