Of course this guy is making stuff up. Personally, I don't like Palin's policy's and ethics, but c'mon. This is just ridiculous. He MOVED NEXT TO HER, the dirtbag. Let's not forget that George Bush did coke (reportedly?) and had a DUI, Clinton admitted to trying marijuana, as did Obama (I believe) and Obama smokes cigarettes.
