Here's why.

Fissile fuel was once apart of the Carbon cycle.

By burning fissile fuel, you are putting back the locked up Carbon back in the environment and stoking the Carbon cycle.

This will create more plant life, but not only have more plant life, increased size in vegetable matter... HUH, Means More food for us!!!

Also, plant life will grow in areas that currently do not support plant life... HUH, Mean more food for us!!!

Maybe that's why they want CO2 under control, because it means they control the food source and where it can grow!

Warmer climate means rain in places that don't normally have rain, Hmmmm?? Food Source!!
