I know a lot about this stuff because I have lawfully claimed my own sovereignty. I am not under the jurisdiction of US statute law. The UNITED STATES (all caps) is a corporation. Obama is the current CEO. What we think of as our government is not the people's government which was, the United States of America (not all caps). Their corporate charter dates back to 1933 when the Social Security Administration was created. This from Judi McLeod of Canada Free Press, Sept. 30th, regarding Obama suspending elections to stay in power. I worried about this before about Bush Jr. and Clinton also. Seems more probable now however.
