			<description><![CDATA[<p>Remember I said when they went to two draws a day that it can put a strain on your budget because if you don&#x27;t play both draws and they draw your number and you didn&#x27;t play that it would burn you up and make you feel sick inside. Because you just know if you don&#x27;t play both draws they will surly draw your numbers on that very day you don&#x27;t play. I remember a while back having to work overtime or do side work to keep enough money so I could play both draws. So you have to set a limit, budget you money and play fewer numbers until you win then pocket some cash put some money away for rainy days and give some to the wife and kids. When I win I split my winning 4 ways. Wife, kids, outstanding bills, lottery.
