Original Blog Entry: Advanced Auto Parts Wins $$ on Powerball BIG $ 7.00 WIN !!

Had to replace Brake Housing on front driver's side of Pickup Truck, Rubber Boot leaking .Went to Advanced Auto Parts.Had to buy brake housing-the whole unit.Unit/kit came with a $30 dollar core fee,for a bar or bracket that bolts onto the front axle.Didn't bring the bar/bracket in.Left the used brake parts at the store and drove home to get the bar.Returned back to the store.Drove back home.Bar was the wrong size! Had to drive back to the Advanced Auto Parts Store.They didn't know why the bar was the wrong size.So they cleaned up the used bar,still charged a fee for the unit/kit-even though we brought home the old bar/bracket. Got home-put on the new bar/bracket, put on the brake pads, put on the brake housing, put on the two small pistons that have small rubber boots, and the 2 bolts were the wrong size!! back to Advanced Auto Parts.They went into the back room and took 2 piston rods off another brake housing ,with new bolts attached.Now after 4 trips to Advanced Auto Parts, everything fit.....
