Remember when i said that you could boil the snow and make it into water...It might sound a little harsh but you can make the: 6 million illegal immigrants in the USA shovel snow, you then take that snow boil it and make clean water and then you sell that water to Africa and the Middle East and parts of Europe/Asia China where they need water and are running out of water...

very poor people in Haiti can work in there too, give them a job to do...You might said, it might be cold outside there...if you put on 3 pairs of soxes, 3-4 pairs of underwear clothes, 2-3 pairs of tight sweat pants [they have to be a little tight not lose] a thin glove and then your tick glove and a biohazard mask with a little of oxygen breathing tanks in your back the way scuba divers do it should not be cold...

remember that is been said that in the future battles will happen because of water...

Haitians can come in the end of autum and leave in the end of Spring...

Russia could do the same, so do Canada...

The Illegal drug cartels could do this and easily earn: $30 Billion or $100 Billion dollars a year free and dont have to sell drugs anymore...
