			<description><![CDATA[<p>There are two number groups for the Pick3 Lottery.&#xa0; &#xa0; &#xa0; &#x3c;br /&#x3e;The first group contains the numbers 0, 2,3,4,5.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;The second group contains the numbers 1, 6,7,8,9.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;Looking back at the first group you can make ten pairs out of group one which are:&#x3c;br /&#x3e;02, 03, 04, 05, 23, 24, 25, 34, 35, 45.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;Now looking at the second group you can make the pairs:&#x3c;br /&#x3e;16, 17, 18, 19, 67, 68, 69, 78, 79, 89&#x3c;br /&#x3e;This Pick3 system works like this:&#x3c;br /&#x3e;Take the hottest frequency number out of group one... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="/blogentry/62062#c72769">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
