			<description><![CDATA[<p>My guess is the people that voted for someone not running but still on the ballot is showing their support they would have had for that candidate. &#x3c;br /&#x3e;Those candidates suspended their campaigns and not closed their campaigns. My guess is since they were originally qualified to be on the ballot they could remain on the ballot.&#x3c;br</p>]]></description>
