A lot of people that hire carpenters want you to have your own work vehicle with tools generally. Invest 25 to 30 thou in that to earn 14 to 16 dollars an houras an employee. Not likely. And a lot of employers want you to work as self employed. The cost to be self employed is not cheap either.<br />Might as well work as a dishwasher for 8 dollars an hour and all you can eat.

I just refinance my house because i used the equity in it to build a garage. The garage payment was like 700 a month the house payment is like 500 at 1200 a month i could be living in a new 250,000 house with a 3 car garage. The appraiser appraised my new garage and old house for 75 grand. Two yrs ago my house taxes were appraised at 175 grand so where did the come up with my house only being worth 75 grand.
