@sully: the funny thing is that they are among the few that HAVE to pay income taxes because they are employed within a federal district. Read the tax code carefully and you'll see that it only applies to federal districts and possessions.

I could get behind the criticism of this prez's actions, if there weren't such a long line of predecessors in both parties with the exact same policies. Notice how neither party returns what the other stole from you.
