@JAP69, one of the first things I thought about when reading this was the possibility of a derailment. Who knows, maybe Silverstein .. er .. I mean .. Buffett has insurance for such an event, as they're in that business, too.

The rail option, though costlier, would lessen the environmental impact, such as a loss of wetlands and agricultural productivity, compared to the pipeline, according to the State Department analysis. Greenhouse gas emissions, however, would be worse.

Guess who it's going to be costlier to. But, at least no insects and spotted owls will be inconvenienced.
