Proposition for: Russia, Japan, Poland, Hungary, Ukraine, South Korea, India, China, Canada, Ukraine, Argentina, Peru and countries where everyone looks the same...

Each of you accepts: 1 million minorities that look different from your popupulation [native indians, indians from india, blacks, albinos, Latin, Asians, Middle east together they make up: 1 million people...and each of them pay: $20 extra a month in taxes...thats the price you pay for living in those countries as minorities...

it should be: $240 Million dollars a year extra for each of you, every year....

they do that and they aggree to volunteer free: 1-2 hours every weekend in whatever the country needs, it could be as simple as walking the elderly...

thought about this since 4 months ago but forgot it...

With those: $240 million you can go to pay the national debt each year...

Something else you can make minorities do is they must agree that whenever they retired, lets say is at age: 62, they will retired at age: 62 and 3 months...and the 3 months they must volunteer for something the country needs...

if you like you can make them where of each meal they cook each day they must make: 1 extra meal plate that will go to feed the homeless in the country...
