			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hoping that my process of elimination might be getting better. I have read Gail Howard&#x27;s Lottery Master Guide and while I am not using everything listed in it, I found some useful ideas. I like the 19 number wheel, but not sure I can justify spending $64 on it. Might be a once a month thing when I feel more confident about the numbers I pick.
