The United States build our pipeline to within one mile of the border.<br />Build a two mile railroad with twin tracks crossing the border connecting to pumping stations on each side of the pipeline. Canada is one of our major suppliers of oil but pipeline was refused by the president. Would be better to keep the dollar on this continent.

When you are a major oil producer you have the power to control the price of oil. You set the world price market then.
