We've got the basic understanding and coding necessary to implement the data read and write portion of our programs.

We'll consider including a basic Text format in a few possible setups as plain text with a potential tab delimited and / or comma delimited data set.

For now, XML is the first choice though, it's both human readable in a basic text editor and machine readable across many platforms.
