You can make Prisons the: NASA LABORATORY BASES You make all the Prisons of the world think of stuffs to help humanity/Nasa in the cosmos, anything, any idea is helpful and you trade it with prisons for food and resources or for sex or whatever they might want Nasa pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, take advantage of the situation This way Prisoners in Prisons Nasa Laboratory Bases, will think of stuffs, to help NASA/Humanity cross the stars .
