Well, why dont you create a: Unified Continental African Scratchoffs, that costs: $10 or $5 and the revenue: 75% of it goes to creating a: African Like Spanish La Liga but of Soccer or Basketball or American Football or Volleyball or Baseball for Africans .But you don t pay them the same as the players in the Spanish La Liga, you dont pay them not even: 2% of what the Spanish La Liga Players earn

for example, if you raise: $10 Billion dollars a year from the Unified Continental African Scratchoffs that costs: $10 the ticket, you can let it pay: $600 Million dollars one shot or Six $100 Million dollars and with the: $9.4 Billion you can hire: 784,000 Africans all playing either: Soccer or Basketball or American Football or Volleyball or Baseball each getting paid: $1,000 a month...

But remember thats just: 1 Scratchoff , there might be hundreds of scratchoffs like that [hundreds of Continental Scratchoffs, not bi-countries scratchoffs...]...

You know what you can make the: 784,000 Africans, you can make them got to the areas that are poor in Africa and construct: houses so the houses will costs cheaper....And this way everyone in the poor areas of Africa will have a house...If you like, only if you likeeeeeeeee, you can send the: 748,000 Africans to Haiti and let them construct the houses there so that everyone in Haiti has a house, or dont pay much for a house...

if you like you can make the: 784,000 Africans lift weights, everyday or row everyday and become bodybuilders...
