			<description><![CDATA[<p>I can&#x27;t believe some of the comments on yahoo about this...DUH people!<br /><br />It&#x27;s rigged and better get the FBI investigating.<br /><br />I&#x27;ll never play lottery again...SCAM . they&#x27;re screaming.<br /><br />LOL.<br /><br />Obviously someone bought multiple tickets with different PowerBall numbers on it...just couldn&#x27;t trap the right one. But,hey,pretty lucky anyways :) The truth will come out. Same guy with all the tickets because they weren&#x27;t quick picks. You can bet on it :)<br /><br /></p>]]></description>
