			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;The RNCs rules actually say that no state can force a delegate to go to vote for any specific candidate, it&#x27;s just supposed to be done traditionally on the first ballot.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;&#x3c;br /&#x3e;As a Paul supporter, I would not advocate candidates that are honor bound on the first ballot to change their vote, but after that first ballot anything should be on the table.  Without a majority for Romney, anybody else should have the chance at winning.
