From my System using the Top Hot Pick-3 numbers of the day you could win playing in all states ON-LINE. The Strategy would be to play the top three numbers straight and box in all state games for that day. You could start out playing twenty-five cents straight and twenty-five cents box and as you win and build up a kitty then you could increase the amount of the bets to win more money.

The single state strategy is the same but only playing the top three Pick-3 s in your own state game. In this case you usually have to place a minimum wager of fifty cents straight and fifty cents box to win. Again, as you win and have money in the kitty to play you can increase the amount of the wagers.
