<br />Kudos to the DA for pressing charges against the cop. It's obvious he was intending to deliver severe bodily injury to the woman. I'm sure he had a regular pepper spray device on his belt for close range use.<br /><br />This behavior will come back to haunt cops. When the facade crumbles, they will be the first targets.
