To solve the problem; before I make my blog entry I drop the enter on my keyboard down a couple notches and draw a line.

Then I click enter to drop below the line to enter the blog entry. then I post and the lengthy headline title stays above the line. Check a few of my recent blog entries and you will see.

Worked so far.
