2003 through 2005 the 108 and 109 Congress was all Republican Controlled with W President. In Nov, 2006 the voters tired of being screwed by the Republicans and tossed them out and gave control of all of Congress to the Dems which they held until 2010 and will gain back in Nov, 2012.
