They like to camp out in the passing lane for the sole purpose of ANNOYING people. I like to pass 'em on the shoulder though and then flip 'em off when I get next to 'em. But you can tell they're libs cuz they'll never look at you when you're trying to get their attention to flip them off and scream some vulgar threats at them and question their manhood and such.
