@four4me, Forgot to mention, he's an alcoholic since 18, been thru rehab 5 or 6 times, paid by me. Gets $1200 a month in disability, free cell phone. All paid for by tax payers. In all his life, he never made $1200 a month. He's as useless as tits on a boar hog. You think, he will inherit anything from me??

At the present time college grads more than likely won't get employed right out of school nor are they able to take care of themselves financially. See sooner or later unless we old folk die suddenly were either gonna need elder care or end up living with a sibling. So since the parent's home is near paid off or completely paid off wouldn't it make sense for children to live at home building a retirement nest egg or college fund for the children's children.
