No, you cannot spend your way out of debt with borrowed money, in all the history of economics, that tactic didn't work , yesterday, won't work tomorrow, and should be stopped today. No background on who signed the final budget of the Bush term filled with dem pork. Yep Obama signed it in the middle of the night. Could have vetoed it. You need a complete history book on what goes on in a presidency, the congress and all the funding bills with what and why it happen with all the congressmens speeches.
