If we are now to belive the penalty is the tax... the Disscent pointed out correctly that any Tax would have to be written from the House of Representatives. The Constitution requires this. The penalty however was written from the Senate. So Mr. Roberts validated a senate Tax which is not allowed in the Constitution. Heh, Heh, Heh, Heh.....! That ones, for the Gipper....

What a waste of skin all those Republican fascists are! They can't repeal it with Democrats holding the Senate and Will Never repeal it after President Obama is re-elected easily in November and given the House too to go with the Senate. With the little time they have left they should,for once,accomplish something beneficial for the bottom 99% of American citizens instead of JUST the Top 1%.
